You can apply the Auto Club (AAA) 10% discount when booking online through Expedia.com. If you wish to use any other discount or special offer, you must make your reservation by phone. Other discounts and special offers can not be applied when making reservations online.
When booking through Expedia.com you will be able to reserve your room using a major credit card. You will need to present your credit card at the front desk when you check in, but it won't be charged until you check out. Reservations must be cancelled through Expedia.com at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the minimum one night charge to your credit card.
NOTE: ROOMS MAY BE AVAILABLE EVEN WHEN EXPEDIA.COM SHOWS "NO ROOMS AVAILABLE". Due to the manner in which our in-house hotel booking system integrates with other online reservations websites, it is very likely that rooms are still available even when these other reservation systems indicate otherwise. If this happens when you attempt to make a reservation online, please attempt to make your reservation by phone by calling 888-814-3669 toll-free or 660-332-4669 local or by clicking the link below to use the hotel's own online reservation system. Also, the Expedia.com Map Option uses Microsoft Virtual Earth which shows the wrong location of the hotel. Using the hotel's own reservation system will allow you to see exactly which rooms are available on which days and allow you to book exactly whichever are available of the 24 rooms and 4 suites. The 24 rooms are named "A" through "Z" and the suite names are "Pullman", "Victorian", "Western" and "Sportsman". Booking online through the hotel's own reservation system rather than Experian.com will immediately charge your credit card for the full amount of your stay, but you can get a full refund applied to your credit card if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. You can avoid prepayment by booking by phone or online through Expedia.com.
